No one would answer a call for help from the person they hated the most. Realistically, who would? Why would anyone do such a thing? Well, one person did, not for the reason of this person's safety, but to make sure they could rid them from their own life once and for all.

Somewhere deep within the Woodlands of the South, a young boy is thrown into emotional turmoil at the news of his lover's distress. A call for help in the days before Yuletide ignites a series of events that would change his life irreversibly.

The world of Esalinti is fully of exotic creatures and peoples. It is also filled with a large array of stories both big and small. The bigger stories have been documented by chroniclers and scholars in an attempt to immortalize them through time, but the smaller ones never got such love.

Desperation can be a cruel mistress, for it can make a man do many stupid things. Some involve heavy drinking, others involve running into war with no regard for your life. However, for one desperate man, desperation makes them want to bring a life back from it's end.

Not many people would escape the grasp of the wicked people at the compound, but one girl does. With help from friends, they break out of the compound and seek to gain their own freedom in the world known to them as Ardonus.
