Marianne Celano, PhD, ABPP is a family psychologist and professor in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta. She specializes in psychotherapy with children and families, sometimes using stories to help children and parents heal and understand one another better. She divides her time between writing, reading, clinical work, training behavioral health providers, and community advocacy focused on social justice.
