Maria Ciletti has worked in the medical field for over 25 years which has provided her with plenty of the material for her stories. Maria's new book, I Have to Leave You Now: A Survival Guide for Caregivers of Loved Ones with Alzheimer's Disease, was published by Dragonfly Publications in October 2014. It is available on amazon in paperback and Kindle.

The Choice, her first fiction novel, was published by Haworth Press in 2007. The sequel, Clinical Distance, was released in May 2009 by Intaglio Publications. Her third novel, Collide, was released in 2010 and was a Golden Crown Literary Society Finalist for romance. Her fourth novel Entangled is available on Amazon.com and Bellabooks.com. Her latest book, Wiil You Still Love Me Tomorrow, the sequel to The Choice and Clinical Distance,was released in August 2012 and is a Golden Crown Literary Society finalist for romance for 2013.
She has also had several short stories published in multiple anthologies including, My Lover My Friend, Awakening the Virgin 2 published by Allyson, Call of the Dark, published by Bold Strokes, Queer and Catholic, published by Taylor & Francis and a very special short story about caring for family members at the end of their lives in Voices of Caregiving, published by LaChance. Her short story, The Softer Side of Medicine, was published in Sinister Wisdom Magazine in April 2014.
Other writing credits include several medical management articles published in Medical Economics Magazine, Family Practice Management Magazine and The Ohio State Medical Association Journal.
