Marcus Selzer, born in 1979, lives by Lake Thun in the Swiss Alps. Working with companies in various industries, he develops their purpose and values, enabling them to be ready for the challenges of acquiring new business in the 2020s. Personal coaching for entrepreneurs is especially important to him. In his view, their convictions and vigor are deciding factors for their economic success. He regards his mission—indeed, one might resolutely call it his life’s purpose—as renewing people’s ability to smile. For a genuine smile, one coming from within and visible from without, is the truest indication of joy in one’s success—and in life itself. Marcus draws on a treasure trove of more than twenty years’ experience gathered from working in various positions in the insurance industry. His greatest influence comes from seven years of sales and management work in a general agency. Ever since his dramatic experience during a trip around the world, he has come to realize that everything we encounter in our everyday lives actually originates from within ourselves. Thus, we have more influence on the helm of life than we can possibly imagine.
