My name is Marcos A. Benitez. I am a recent author on Amazon. I wrote this book in the hopes of helping as many people as possible. The voice of the independent researcher is too few and far between. This is especially true in a field such as health dominated by the pharmaceutical companies. Breathing room for everyone is rare. What's desperately needed is health principles and common sense. The human body is complex and can't be fixed with a few simple drugs. I don't think the pharmaceutical companies are trying to deceive anyone, but they're definitely misguided. The only way to fix the body is through health principles and the application of the understanding of the principles that govern the body. This has been my focus. Understanding root causes and the disease process is the proper and common sense way to approach health and healing. These are the principles that have guided me in the writing of this book.
