Marco Lugli is a writer and photographer from Emilia, who moved to Salento for some years. Passionate about the mountains, he has in the Leccese commissioner Luigi Gelsomino an alter-ego who couldn't be less mountaineer than that, but who sooner or later will lead to solving a case in the Dolomites. His crime novel production alternates non-genre fiction novels. His latest work is titled "E' solo il mio nome" and represents the fifth episode of the thriller series. In 2019 "Le Comete" was released, a love story spanning two generations, set in the deep Salento. In 2022 he published "Sette domande per Dio", a "liberal" humorous novel of social satire openly aligned against the expressive slavery of political correctness.
