"Marcia Ramirez is a singer/songwriter/podcaster and author from Nashville, TN.  She has performed extensively throughout the country in support of her 5 solo albums, and has traveled as part of the back-up bands for many other artists, including Patty Loveless, Rodney Crowell, Lee Ann Womack, Bill Anderson, Tanya Tucker and Pam Tillis.  She has had some of her songs cut by Reba McEntire, Jo Dee Messina, The Whites, Scott MacIntyre, Brandon Rhyder, Rachel Williams, Sonia Lee and many other independent artists.  Her voice can be heard on the albums of Christopher Cross, Rodney Crowell, Billy Dean, Hank Williams Jr., Elizabeth Cook, Ray Scott, Walt Wilkins and many more.  She is currently traveling the country with pop legend, Christopher Cross. In 2018, Marcia felt called by God to start a new kind of women’s ministry that encourages diversity and serves women of all faiths and beliefs. Marcia started “God and My Girlfriends Ministries”, based on the song title that she co-wrote Lisa Hentrich and Patricia Conroy, and was recorded by Reba McEntire on her Grammy and Dove award winning CD, “Sing It Now: Songs of Faith and Hope”. As Founder and President of “God and My Girlfriends Ministries”, Marcia oversees content, leads the online community, serves as host for the “God and My Girlfriends” podcast, and performs and speaks at women’s events across the country.
