My father used to tell me that there are two types of people, those who only change the world and those who change the world for the better. I have always wanted to make a difference, by changing and leaving the world a better place. In my hunt for knowledge and diverse opportunities, I have changed careers and moved around the world many times in order to find the perfect place for myself. I started as a hairstylist, working in many different countries. Later I earned a degree in Aerodynamics and served in the Civil Air Patrol auxiliary of the United States Air Force. I have faced some difficulties in my life, which paved the way for me to pursue a master’s degree in Psychology. This helped me to conceptualize human behavior and emotion better, and apply a more constructive outlook to my life. After all, they say “Don’t carry your old bricks to your new home or you will end up building the same house.”
