Lynn Rossy, PhD, is a health psychologist, author, mindful eating teacher, and Kripalu yoga teacher. She developed Eat for Life, a mindfulness-based intuitive eating program that successfully helps people overcome eating issues, improve body image, and increase overall well-being. She is the Executive Director of Tasting Mindfulness, LLC and the President of the board of directors of The Center for Mindful Eating. She enjoys teaching mindful eating to professionals and the general public and leading retreats to places like Costa Rica to practice yoga. She is known for her bold and infectious laughter.
