Lisa received her bachelor's degree in Human Biology from the University of Toronto in 2001. She then completed her four year doctorate at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2005.   Lisa is the author of Sleep: The Secrets of Slumber and The Insomnia Diet. She has been featured in numerous publications and is frequently invited to speak to various groups and organizations. Lisa currently operates a practice with a focus on the management of Insomnia.
