My journey began as a child abuse survivor who refused to accept that trauma symptoms were permanent. I sought out to find the best tools for healing and I'm always on that path. What started as personal healing evolved into more than 16 years of clinical work guiding individuals, couples, and families through trauma recovery, attachment repair, nervous system regulation, and generational healing. I integrate neuroscience-informed psychoeducation with experiential healing tools, including inner child work and EMDR therapy. I believe healing happens when insight meets embodied practice, when compassion replaces shame and understanding replaces self-blame. In my memoir, I model re-parenting in action by speaking directly to my younger self after each chapter, offering the validation and truth many trauma survivors never received. My goal is not just to tell a story, but to demonstrate what emotional repair looks like in real time. Through my writing, clinical work, and future educational resources, I aim to make trauma recovery both accessible, easy to understand and relatable.
