Lisa is a proud Latina mom who grew up with humble beginnings in the sun city of El Paso, Texas and currently resides in Huntington Beach, California. She wishes for everyone to live a life of purpose and meaning filled with HAPPINESS! Her family and Hispanic culture shaped her joy for writing. Lots of love, family, music, laughter, gratitude and delicious food were positive things she had in her upbringing. Her grandmother encouraged her to get an education and she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Social Psychology. Lisa’s grandmother had just a 3rd grade education because she was forced to drop out of school when her mother died to raise her family. Her grandmother encouraged her to get an education.
