Lauren Ruotolo was diagnosed with McCune Albrights Syndrome/ Fibrous Dysplasia as a toddler
and 43 years later she is an entrepreneur in New York City where she worked at some of the largest magazine publishing houses in the world, developed TV shows, a public speaker and author. Today, Lauren is the Director of Creative Partnerships for Johnson & Johnson overseeing the corporations consumer video department.
Ruotolo's first-person essay “Get Shorty,” which shared her philosophies on living with the rare genetic disorder McCune-Albright's Syndrome, was published in Marie Claire magazine and was one of the most-responded to articles in Marie Claire, been on numerous news programs, writes for Thrive Global. Ruotolo is on the board of Fibrous Dysplasia Organization, is an active member of Stomp Our Bullying, along with many other organizations that champion women.
