Hi, thanks for stopping by my Author Page. As an animal lover, dog walker, pet expert and podcaster, I’m thrilled to invite you to read my books covering my favorite topic; dogs! My first book, “The Pet Sitter’s Tale” is a collection of the most outlandish, hilarious stories of how I accidentally became a professional dog walker in Hollywood, CA. I say “accidentally” because I didn’t set out to do that. I moved out to Hollywood, from Chicago, to be a successful, award-winning film and television makeup artist. Only that didn’t go too well. Instead of a glamorous life as a makeup artist, I fell into dog walking, picking up Number Two’s for some pretty famous Number One Clients. While “The Pet Sitter’s Tale” gives some advice about dog walking and pet sitting, mostly it’s a fun and entertaining book about my experiences as a dog walker and pet sitter. If you’re looking for information on how to start your own dog walking business, whether as a side hustle or a full-time career, you’ll definitely want to pick up a copy of “How to Start A Dog Walking Business.” My book gives detailed instruction on what you’ll need to get started (you must love dogs) and what it takes to become successful (great communication with your clients is key.) Lastly, I am excited to announce that I published a coloring book featuring my favorite topic; dogs. This coloring book is filled with pages of many breeds having fun and frolicking.
