Laura Goodman has written about food and travel for the Sunday Times, Eater, Food52, Lucky Peach, Waitrose Magazine, Foodism and The Pool. She used to write a weekly column about snacks for Grazia. Her first book, Carbs, was published in November 2018 by Quadrille. Nigella called it ‘wonderful’, Rukmini Iyer called it her 'favourite cookbook’ and Meera Sodha described it as 'joyful, funny and intelligent'. She loves writing about food with warmth but also with jokes. Many of her wheeziest laughing fits have taken place at the table.
