Born in Harlem, NY, and raised in Cleveland, Ohio; Lance Dickson is retired from the military after 20 years of service. He holds a bachelor's degree in workforce education and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) as well as a Master's degree in Education with New Technologies. He was recognized as a national fatherhood advocate and was given the Spirit of Fatherhood award.
