L.R. Burkard (Linore Rose Burkard) grew up in New York City in a family of ten. She is a Christian author, pro-Constitution, pro-USA and pro-life. L.R. left home after high school and worked her way through college, graduating from the City University of New York with a magna cum laude degree in English Literature. She lives in Ohio with her husband and children where she still homeschools one daughter--preferably with a cup of coffee in one hand and an iPad in the other.
L.R. writes Inspirational and General Market Regency Romance under her full name (Linore Rose Burkard) and YA/Suspense under her initials--so readers know at a glance what kind of book to expect.
