Kristi Service Nowrouzi is a mortgage loan officer living in Central Florida with her husband Andrew and 2 dogs. She has been in the real estate industry for 20 years, with roles as a Realtor, short sale negotiator, and property manager assistant. Over her most recent years, she has helped hundreds of first time homebuyers navigate the home buying process. Kristi has a master's degree in Executive Management and is a Certified Financial Education Instructor. Kristi loves to teach! She refers to herself as a "credit nerd" and enjoys sharing her knowledge on her podcast, Credit Coaching by Kristi. She also has a ton of videos on her YouTube channels, Your Loan Superhero and Credit Kristi. She loves connecting awesome people and does this through various networking organizations where she usually holds a leadership position. Kristi's heart is for serving the most vulnerable in her community, and that is why she volunteers on boards and committees helping homeless and also foster kids aging out of the foster care system. Her burning desire is to share from a TED Talk stage how the power of the mind and beliefs from our childhood environment restrict our potential as adults.
