Many thanks for visiting my bio page. My name is Kris Mears, I was born in South Wales, UK. I have spent the majority of my working life traveling the world and working in the Scuba diving industry. I have been a dive professional since 2009 and an avid underwater videographer. My current location is on the island of Mindoro in the Philippines. My first book Confessions of a divemaster was released on December 1st 2020. I'm currently working on two other books which I hope to publish before the end of 2021. I'm a dedicated family man, my wife's name is Beverly and we have two young children Hannah, aged 6 and Max aged 3.
