The Cooking Class in San Sebastian continues the story of Seattle food and art lovers focusing on Laurence, the retired Boeing engineer, swept off his 76-year-old feet by a dynamic 70-year-old woman, Eva. Drew's gallery strives for a new audience with a unique Basque art exhibit that is probably a brilliant idea but is challenging in every way imaginable. The Basque country history, food, wine and recipes are all part of the action.

The Cooking Class in Kuala Lumpur features six Seattle food and wine lovers who are invited for dinner celebrating an inspirational cooking class and vacation in Malaysia. The hostess is a great cook but runs into a few obstacles as do her guests. Having a party isn't always as easy as it seems it might be. The story is culinary fiction about being bitten by a new passion on vacation. Malaysia and the Seattle neighborhoods of Queen Anne, Ballard, Downtown and Fremont are the setting.

Karen Tripson cooks and reads every day in Seattle with her hard-working husband and adorably stubborn cocker spaniel. Learn more about the books, blog and the author at Karen Tripson.com.
