Prior to earning his MBA and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Justin grew up bumper-sliding through icy alleys on the way to school in Iowa. Later, he spent time studying (and skiing) in Grenoble, France where the mountains are a little taller. He taught and coached middle school, worked in the investment business in Chicago and then spent more than twelve years in healthcare in the Dallas area, helping teams from supply chain to sales, technology, accounting, legal and staffing to solve problems and improve their performance daily. He held leadership roles in Business Intelligence, Operational Excellence, Operations and Technology. He graduated from Simpson College, has an MBA from the University of Dallas and earned his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Air Academy Associates in Colorado. He and his wife reside in Flower Mound, Texas with their two kids and dog, Maggie.
