I have been studying and evaluating various forms of meditation now for 15 years, and I must say that each meditation has its place in our world. Some are better than others, but each single one can be beneficial if practiced on a regular basis. I am convinced that there is a meditation type suitable for everyone.
Furthermore, because meditation has helped me in my life tremendously, I cannot emphasise enough the importance of this activity.
