He started working in the Automobile industry after 4 years of study. His career advancement led him to leave his family home and study Mechatronic Engineering. After 4 more years of studying, he realized that rather than a career, he had been sold a social position as a dream and happiness goal to be reached. Obtaining this social status did not fulfill him, he didn’t accept himself, he was not free, he was tied down to social customs and, remembering a painful past was like being in a well without a bottom. Later on, he discovered the power of reading, personal development, meditation, PNL, positive association, philosophy…. And everything changed! Currently, José Montañez is dedicated to Online Undertaking, Motivational Coaching, he is a Writer and is also dedicated to humanitarian tasks with various NGOs. His slogan Pide Ayuda (Ask For Help), has enabled him to be able to reach 2.300 cases of people needing help, many in critical situations and all individually. “I have spent entire days and nights helping people around the world with all sorts of problems: racism, anxiety, homophobia, prostitution, suicide, friends, couples, religion, addictions, drugs, education, work, jealousy, impotence, sadness, hatred, anger, self-esteem, liberation, frustration, complexes, diseases (AIDS, cancer…) and many other things I cannot remember.” “During these years, learning from everyone and helping others, I have managed to come out of a poor mentality, a mentality that was very much blocked and which did not let me be free and happy. Today, I am still in that process, I continue questioning all the truths.” “Where there is a wound in a person, there is where their fortitude, gift and their light will be found”. —José Montañez—
