He is a certified consultant and member of the Association of Applied Sport Psychology. Dr. Fader works with many professional athletes, teams, and other elite performers to improve their performance using proven sport and performance psychology techniques. He consults with a wide array of businesses and organizations on how to improve leadership and performance.
