Jon Yates is the Executive Director of the Youth Endowment Fund, a £200m charitable fund focused on young people. He is the co-founder of a number of charities focused on bringing people from all backgrounds together. Jon started his career as a community worker in the London Borough of Newham, before joining McKinsey and Company, where he advised charities, companies and government on strategy and organisational development. He co-founded The Challenge, National Citizen Service, and HeadStart. In the UK, these programmes now reach 1 in 6 people in their lifetime.
