John Tishler is a partner at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton, LLP, where he currently serves as co-chair of the firm's capital markets practice team and chair of the firm's EB-5 practice team. He regularly advises clients on domestic and international capital markets, corporate finance, investment vehicle structuring, business transactions and mergers and acquisitions. John's EB-5 clients include developers, regional centers and intermediaries. He also advises established NYSE, NASDAQ and international exchange issuers and smaller high-growth clients on capital structures, equity and debt offerings, and securities law compliance. He received his Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University. John was honored as a Southern California Super Lawyer from 2010-2014, and was voted by the San Diego Daily Transcript as the Top Attorney in the Corporate Transactional field in 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012. He frequently serves on EB-5 securities-related panels and his many speaking engagements include: "Mezzanine Financing at Single Digit Interest Rates: Is EB-5 for Real?"
