Jill Darragh lives in the North Island of New Zealand. Born in Brighton, Sussex, she was fascinated from an early age with the Regency and Victorian eras. Frequent visits to the Royal Pavillion, the old arcades and five years residence in a Regency terraced house all help to colour her writing. Jill graduated with a BA degree in English and Media Studies and farms eighty acres with the help of a noisy working dog called Nell. She is chair of a Trust which cares for an ancient forest Park.
