Hello! I'm Jenna Andrews! For as long as I can remember, I have absolutely loved cooking; I started with more basic things and over time really developed a cultivation of many different recipes.
Diving deep into nutritional science as a hobby and passion, I began to learn about many different diet styles including The Mediterranean Diet, The Whole 30 Diet, and other types of diets and meal plans that could be could be crafted using in home appliances, with the net result being that they come out extra tasty and delicious!
