Jeanne Selander Miller Internationally acclaimed author for her trilogy of memoirs. A Breath Away which is a story of love, loss and light. Her first book was honored at the The London Book Festival with the Best Spiritual Book of 2012 A Million Miles from Home received an honorable mention at the Paris International Book Festival and the third book in the trilogy The Healing Path Home received an honorable mention at the New York Book Festival. Jeanne's novel, Privileged, explores the perils of growing up in a prestigious college prep school. She now spends her time crafting fiction including her latest work, The Full Circle series including The Seer, The Seeker, and The Knowing. Before turning to writing full-time, Jeanne worked as an RN in a trauma center in Detroit, worked in corporate planning at an urban medical center, taught high school health including sex education in a private school, and owned and operated an upscale farm to table bistro in the Adirondack Mountains of New York. Jeanne is the mother of two fully grown and fiercely independent adults. When not hopscotching across the planet, Jeanne may be found beachside in Vero Beach, Florida, in the little mountain hamlet of Old Forge, New York, or the quintessential New England town of Peterborough, New Hampshire. She is a student and teacher of both yoga and ayurveda. She travels extensively and enjoys long walks on the beach, bicycling, kayaking, gardening, cooking, and reading when she is not involved in the world of ideas and imagination. She engages in general tom-foolery and has been known to wag her sassy tongue and offer her opinion about just about anything, even when it hasn't been asked for.
