Fueled by his early experiences as a caregiver to his mother during her battle with brain cancer, Jason became passionate about bridging the gaps between traditional and alternative medicine. Jason’s professional journey began in exercise science, where he earned multiple national certifications, including NASM CPT, PES, CES, and others. He later expanded his expertise by completing studies at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York and the Herbal Academy, gaining advanced knowledge in herbalism, nutrition, and psychology. Over the years, Jason has worked in one-on-one settings, group classes, and integrative medical clinics, helping clients recover their health and navigate complex medical landscapes. His career highlights include being invited to Nike World Headquarters to train alongside top sports-specific strength coaches. Originally from Berrien Center, Michigan, Jason now resides in Omaha, Nebraska, with his wife, Gina, and their two children. When he’s not helping clients, you can find him spending time with his family, learning about the latest in holistic health, or crafting herbal remedies to share with his community.
