Her career spans over two decades as a Corporate Trainer and Leadership Development Professional for several Fortune 500 companies. As an ATD Master Certified Trainer, she's worked with thousands of adults from all backgrounds. Jamie is a voice for victims of domestic violence and childhood abuse as a Motivational and Keynote Speaker. She is an advocate for Mental Health, shattering societal stigmas by using her own diagnoses to raise awareness. Jamie helps others reach their highest potential in her role as an ICF Master Certified Life Coach. She is the owner and founder of Jamie Lynn Empowerment, LLC. Jamie is an avid motorsports enthusiast. She enjoys riding her Indian Motorcycle on cross-country trips with her family. She is dedicated to living a healthy, adventurous lifestyle alongside her husband and daughter.
