James Harris

James Harris, on a mission to learn through the power of language, passionate and fascinated by words, their use in developing the mind and their ability to spark the imagination; through reading was able to realise that we have the capability to acquire new thoughts from others, to learn from the wisest and noblest of people that have gone before us, and that we can have direct access to the thoughts of amazing people who sit outside our social circle. Because of this James decided to read the classics and take the knowledge contained in these as his own.

What was discovered is that language evolves and although the thoughts contained in these books are still relevant today, the language used to express them isn't always coherent with the present. This led James to translate the classic texts into modern form, reviving them for future generations, making them quicker to read and easier to understand for the contemporary reader.
