Jack C. He has advised AI-driven companies, including Vantage Discovery (acquired by Shopify) and Brightwave, and serves on the boards of Bow River Capital and Lockton Companies—bringing operating experience at every stage from startup to enterprise. A West Point graduate, Jack built his leadership foundation in environments where decision-making under pressure, trust, and clarity of mission were non-negotiable. That foundation now informs a leadership philosophy built for the most disruptive era in business history. His focus: helping CEOs and people leaders move from control to coherence—integrating AI into organizational decision-making, accelerating adaptive leadership capabilities, and building companies that can outpace change rather than react to it.
