Born and raised in the maple-syrup wilds of New England, J.B. Rockwell once chased dreams of being the next Indiana Jones, until an unforeseen series of twists and turns (involving cats, a marriage, and a SCUBA certification, amongst other things) led her to a career in IT. In her spare time, she scribbles nonsense that sometimes turn into stories, authoring three novels in the Serengeti series (Serengeti, Dark and Stars, and Hecate), as well as a stand-alone novel, Forgotten Stars & Distant Seas, all published by Severed Press, and the supernatural/weird novella, Crimson King from Bizarro Pulp Press. As a side gig, she slush reads for Interstellar Flight Press.
