Israa Hilles is a new writer. She is a Management Professional with more than 15 years of experience. She was born and raised in the United Arab Emirates, where she spent her youth.
After graduating with a degree in Human Resources, she founded ARTS for Media in Palestine, but she was more attracted to Communications.
She has worked with Creation Alternative Inc, an organization based in the United States specializing in small project development and entrepreneurship assistance.
The International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) in the United States has also awarded Israa a degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Growth. Israa is the founder of Escritoire in Montreal, Quebec, which she immigrated to a few years ago.
Israa is incredibly proud to have won three prizes since her arrival in Canada in 2015: the first, OSEntreprendre Quebec; the second, entrepreneur of the year 2018 across Canada; and the third, being named one of the top 75 finalists in the RBC Top 25 Canadian Immigrant Awards 2020.
