Born in 1970 to an Austrian immigrant mother and a dyed in the wool Texan dad, Ginger Sprouse is a woman of many talents and interests. A typical day might find her driving a dump truck, doing a real estate deal, or teaching a cooking class in her professional kitchen as chef and business owner of Art of the Meal. In 2019 she added author to her resume, writing Kinda Like Grace about her turbulent past and a homeless man she and her husband befriended. She tells the story with warmth and humor, sharing her love of Christ and the Bible along the way. Her mission is to dispel the stereotypical portrait of a Christian and let her light shine with love and compassion for all. Living a life that exemplifies the "Good News" is her goal—through one act of service at a time, to a crowd or just one person. She loves the outdoors, her husband, and her kids, including her "adopted" brother, Victor. She is determined to keep Christ first and not take this life too seriously as she she presses on to the prize for the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
