Outside of her stories, the native Floridian has always been fascinated by the ability to live out different experiences. Gia has been a legislative aide, business school professor, translator and editor for UNESCO. Currently based in Paris, France, with her children, the coffee connoisseur celebrates Fridays with champagne and travels to San Sebastián, Spain, for leisurely weekends.
