Gareth Stubbs was born and raised in Zimbabwe and after facing a lifetime of addiction and mental health challenges, waking up from a coma hooked up to a life support machine, he realised certain things had to change. From that day, he has committed himself to overcoming his challenges (Bipolar and Schizophrenia) and in 2014, opened up a Health Retreat in Spain with his best friend and business partner. A Marathon Runner, Dad, Author, Drawer, Brother, Survivor, Bouncer, Accidental Chef, Friend, ex-Addict, Retreat Owner, Coach, Dog Owner, Creative, and most of all, an Eternal Dreamer, he has made the decision to dedicate his life to helping others realise that life is one of the most precious gifts we can ever be given and despite what we face on a daily basis, we can live a healthy and happy life. The books he creates are written out of his experience and daily "struggles" to be at peace with what happens.
