I am but a conduit for the Lord’s word, for the Lord works in mysterious ways, apparently. I am convinced verily that The Way of Gabriel has not come from me, but from the Lord God as a new gospel for His Children. But for me, four years ago, I was at the top of my field, having earned several graduate degrees, having a great house with a great family. The thought my life's course had been firmly set an entrenched in place. I could do no wrong, it seemed, and I became arrogant, full of hubris, and began to take for granted all the blessings I had received up until that point.
After a while, I lost hope for the future seeing society disintegrate before my eyes. After many months, I returned to the Bible, as I was raised Catholic and attended Catholic school as a child for seven years. I then found the Gnostic gospels, which gave me incredible insight into alternative teaching of Jesus, new perspectives on the roles of Mary Magdalene, Judas Iscariot, Mary, and other apostles. The Book of Enoch, the Secret Book of John and the Gospel of Thomas were of exceptional interest to me. I also learned about Zen Buddhism and Taoist philosophies. In study and meditation did I find the Quiet of the Lord and the Light Mind within me. My spiritual journey continued, and I turned to other Judeo-Christian texts, like the Holy Quran, as well as Zoroastrian work, and even Vedic texts such as the Bhagavad Gita.
In shutting my mouth so I could hear, I began hearing the Word of the Lord, in all its grand forms, and it became the loudest song in my house. I began to write what I heard and saw, as images in my mind, that inexplicably appeared from seemingly nowhere, like a muse that made me feel like what I was writing did not come from me, but through me. And during the quiet, sleepless nights, I found the most peace when the house was devoid of chaos and my spirit and mind were undistracted. I knew that it was the Lord God guiding me through the darkness and into the light so that I would not be lost, and I honored His Gift by following the Way.
Within the next six months I had completed His messages to the world, and I decided to share it with as many I could find that have ears to hear who would choose to hear, and who had eyes to see who would choose to see. I immersed myself in the Way, and I found that it was good. And in walking the path, I watched my life completely turn around, in awe.
