Dr. Ethan F. Becker is the current President of THE SPEECH IMPROVEMENT COMPANY INC.. As a second-generation speech coach he has spent his entire life around the study and education of human communication. Both of his parents hold PhD's in the field, and co-founded the firm in 1964. Ethan has followed in the family business. He holds 2 Doctoral degrees, one, is a PhD in organizational psychology and the other a DHL in Humane Letters, an MBA in international business communication and leadership, and a BS in mass communication with focus on television and film production. He lives in Massachussets with his family and continues to coach and train thousands of clients globally each year. He speaks at conferences, is hired by private companies and serves as a trusted advisor to many. In addition to helping business partners in nearly all of the United States, he has unique international experience. He has trained, coached and presented in countries such as Japan, Australia, Singapore, Ireland, the UK, Germany, Italy, Indonesia, China, Korea and Malaysia, to name some. This provides him with valuable international and cultural perspectives which he brings to his clients. He has helped such organizations as Harvard University, Boston Scientific, Biogen IDEC, Bain Capital, Forrester Research, New York Giants, Canon USA, Genzyme, Avid Technology, the FBI, Wilson Architects, CBT, Build Boston, Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA), Aspentech, Kronos, Futures For Young Parents, Bryant University Center for International Business, Clark University and IBM, as well as countless individual executives, managers, politicians, celebrities and other clients from around the world. Ethan lives in Massachusetts with his family of 5. He is a founding father of Sigma Pi Fraternity International, and avid fan of technology.
