Eric L Cox, former AVP, Training & Development for American Addiction Centers, has over 20 years of practical experience in sales, training & development, leadership (both personal leadership and leading teams), coaching & consulting. ​ Eric received his BA in Communications from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville and his masters in Organizational Management, with a project management specialty from Ashford University in Clinton, Iowa. ​ Certified as a life coach, meditation practitioner/teacher, and trainer/facilitator, Eric works with clients to find peace & balance, so each can more clearly create the life of their dreams, through the use of his 7 step framework for unlocking untapped potential, to set and reach goals. ​ Eric’s passion for helping others get to their best place in life came about after his 2014 year, where Eric competed in and completed 10 endurance races of 13.1 miles and 26.2 miles, to challenge himself and raise money for various charities he supported. Throughout that year, Eric noticed several parallels between running a long distance race and the challenges we face in life. ​ From there, Eric has gone on to publish his 2020 book, SIGN UP! (Set Intentional Goals Now to Unlock your Potential):10 Interactive Lessons to Take Your Goals from the Starting Line to Across the Finish Line, to provide a map for others to get unstuck in life. ​ Eric has also released 11 guided meditation tracks, available through his shop or across all major music platforms– EricLCox.com, and is co-owner of a photobooth company, in Nashville, TN, with his partner– E&J’s Photobooth (EandJsphotobooth.com)
