Hello, I'm Emma, I am an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Trainer as well as a children's Author and Illustrator. So, why NLP? When I discovered it in 2010, it answered the questions I had had for many years, as well as those questions that I hadn’t even known to ask! To say it was life changing for me is an understatement. It gave me a different perspective on life, relationships, work, family, friends – the list is endless. Since I learnt about it, I have used it in every area of my life and it has become part of who I am. It is my absolute passion to share NLP with as many people as I can. It was like someone had shared with me the best kept secret in the world – how to have better relationships, how to improve the quality of my life, how to be more successful, how to have more choice over my behaviours, emotions and beliefs and how to change things that weren’t working for me. It gave me the answers, insights and tools to make the change – to take back the controls of my life and to start to fly my plane in the direction I wanted it to go, rather than being buffeted around at the mercy of the weather. Now, I am not saying that I have had a perfect life since; however it has given me a set of tools and ways of thinking to be able to manage life more easily and to come out of less than easy situations more quickly and effectively. It isn’t a miracle cure but it gives some powerful insights that can enable you to make changes in your life, if you want to. In my latest book 'Who's Flying Your Plane?' I share with you some of the NLP insights and tools so you can start to get back into the pilot's seat of your life.
