For years I said writing wasn’t therapy because I’m a professional. Guess what? It’s therapy. Somehow putting people through wild and dramatic situations on the bumpy road to love, calms me. It’s the one place where I control the narrative. Also, I can’t not write.

In my spare time I walk Jojo the very busy rescue dog, watch Seinfeld reruns with my husband, and bake. I read. And read. And stare at my dusty rowing machine and feel guilty. And lift weights because my friend the doctor shamed me into it.
