Elizabeth Read is a big advocate for meditation, relaxation, and eliminating the everyday stresses many people face in their lives. She believes stress is a toxic negative affliction that must be avoided or fixed where possible. Her love of words started from a young age, and her need to help people has been integral for her author journey.
She hopes her books will guide people to better lives, healthier living, and a stronger self-connection. Elizabeth loves all things nature related.
