DUSTI BOWLING is the middle grade author of INSIGNIFICANT EVENTS IN THE LIFE OF A CACTUS and 24 HOURS IN NOWHERE. Her next novel, MOMENTOUS EVENTS IN THE LIFE OF A CACTUS, will be released on September, 17 2019.

DUSTI BOWLING grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona, where, as her family will tell you, she always had her nose in a book. But it wasn't until after starting down a couple of different career paths that Dusti realized her true passion was writing. She currently lives in New River, Arizona with her husband, three daughters, a pack of coyotes, a couple of chuckwallas, a dozen tarantulas, lots of Colorado River toads, several rattlesnakes, too many scorpions, and a few herds of javelina.
