Dr. Gretchen is a Physical Therapist & Multiple Sclerosis Certified Specialist. She is the founder and creator of The MSing Link, an online program offering services to help people with MS worldwide feel more confident in their strength, walking, and daily activities. Her focus lies in helping her clients feel more empowered and hopeful through the improvements they see in their mobility. Her groundbreaking exercises and strategies utilize neuroplasticity, targeting improvements in the neural pathways in the brain and spinal cord as well as muscles. She shares these techniques in her book The MSing Link: The Essential Guide to Improve Walking, Strength, & Balance for People with Multiple Sclerosis.
