Debbie Gisonni is a business consultant, C-level advisor, author and motivational speaker. She brings over 25 years of leadership, C-Suite positions and personal growth expertise to helping readers, executives and groups achieve personal fulfillment and professional success. Embodying the spirit of innovation and reinvention across a broad range of corporate and nonprofit industries, Debbie offers a unique perspective to business strategy, communications, organizational development, and a personalized active approach to C-level partnering. Debbie has a cross-functional background in sales, management, marketing, communications, speaking and writing in industries such as B2B and consumer publishing, high tech, health and wellness, metaphysics, education and hospitality. She was one of the first and youngest female publishers in high tech as publisher of Network Computing and publishing director of InternetWeek. During that time, Debbie overcame a series of family tragedies and began writing books about her experiences to help others, thus launching a new career as a self development expert. In 2010, Debbie was asked to lead Stillheart Institute as Executive Director, and later as CEO, to launch the nonprofit organization as an overnight center for personal, professional and spiritual growth and development programs. In 2014, she initiated and led the sale of the property and facility. Afterwards, she returned to her consulting practice, which in 2016, led her to a 6-month contract as CEO for Professional Business Women of California, an organization advancing gender equity and women’s leadership in corporations. Today, Debbie’s work continues to advance self-awareness, well-being and business success. Debbie is the author of The Goddess of Happiness: A Down-to-Earth Guide for Heavenly Balance and Bliss and Vita’s Will: Real Life Lessons about Life, Death & Moving On. Her first novel, Note to Self: Love, was released in 2013 with an accompanying screenplay. She has addressed audiences from corporate executives to women’s groups to teen girls, published articles and been featured in publications worldwide. Her blog appears on numerous platforms including the Huffington Post, and she is a radio contributor to “America Weekend with Valerie Smaldone...and Friends.” Debbie holds a B.S. in Business Administration, is certified in Board Education, Integrative Health Coaching and Hypnotherapy, and a licensed CA real estate agent. Originally from The Bronx, New York, Debbie lives in Silicon Valley, California, with her husband and two huskies.
