David Tunno is a retired trial consultant, having begun his career in 1989 with Litigation Sciences, Inc. before forming Tunno & Associates in 1993. He has consulted for NBC, MSNBC, CBS, KABC TV, WABC TV, KCBS, Fox, Court TV, The New York Times and the BBC on the Rodney King, Reginald Denny, Menendez, O.J. Simpson, Robert Blake, Oklahoma bombing, Tyco and Michael Jackson cases. His attorney bar appearances include the ABA’s litigation conference and he is published in their Trial Practice newsletter.
