David Green is a former bond trader and entrepreneur who founded a niche business at 23 and built it from scratch to sale. He is an experienced practitioner of meditation and Kriya Yoga, having studied for nearly three decades under two masters from India. Following a 300-day silent retreat, he gave the World’s first TEDx talk delivered entirely in silence. Thirty years ago, at the height of his career, he began daily meditation and adopted a vegan lifestyle. David advises individuals and organisations on how to integrate business acumen, meditation and spiritual wisdom into their decision-making, leadership approach, careers and personal lives. His first book, The Invisible Hand: Business, Success & Spirituality, was published in 2013. He has also written on meditation, wellbeing and leadership for The Huffington Post, and spoken at various business forums, Soho House and other venues. THE BIG SECRET of How to Find Happy Meaningful Success is being launched 14th October 2025. David is a Londoner who lives in Guernsey. He supports educational charities in India and South Africa, including Hand in Hand’s Balashram school in Odisha and the Bhongolethu Foundation near Cape Town.
