David George is a writer, filmmaker & songwriter living in Los Angeles. He is a triple dual citizen of the United States, Canada & the UK. REMOTE CONTROL began as a two-man stage play utilizing multi-media - I still would love to mount it that way. It occurred to me recently that this play would also work as an Audio Drama with music and sound effects. So my brother Brian George (best known as Babu on Seinfeld) and I set about making this version. Brian is the voice of Harold and I am the voice of Fred. Remote Control is an effort to mimic "channel surfing" as a construct. Harold and Fred, two English expatriates watch television - they become the characters they watch. Today, this fragmentation is amplified as our attention is divided a thousand ways in the midst of our digital revolution. The power struggle as we attempt to control this beast is the domain of REMOTE CONTROL. • The Nightingale & The Wall two songs co-written with Grammy nominated composer Michael Hoppe and performed by Anna Tebot Lee entered the top twenty in South Korea - July 2011 • The Battle of Little Sayler's Creek DVD documentary - available on Amazon.com • CD It's a Beautiful World - a collection of original songs is available on Amazon & iTunes
